1.) How Far Do We Travel?
Pizza Be With You will travel up to 2.5 hours from Melbourne CBD. A travel fee will be added to your quote for any events over an hour away from the CBD.  The travel fee is determined by distance and the number of staff required for your event.

2.) What do Pizza Be With You need in order to setup our mobile kitchen
Pizza Be With You normally sets up our mobile kitchen in a marquee. The dimensions of our preferred marquee are 6 x 3 meters.  The area required for the marquee needs to be relatively flat with trailer access, so we can reverse our mobile wood fire pizza oven under the marquee and out of the weather.  If this space isn’t available, we can setup in a garage or carport.  For smaller functions, we can setup in a 3 x 3 meter marquee, weather permitting.  We also require access to a power point in order to run our hot water service.

3.) How much food do I need?
This depends on a number of factors, including number of guests, gender mix, age of guests, time of day, the menu items you select, is alcohol present at the event, etc.  The more information you can provide on the event, the better.  With this information, we can work together to provide you a suitable quote, which can be amended up to 1 week prior to the event.

5.) How much will it cost?
Our pricing system is a little different to most other caterers. We do not offer price per head packages. Our price is based on the amount of food you order from our price list.

6.) How is your food served?
Our delicious woodfired pizza can be served by our waiters using bamboo service boards, or we can place platters in central areas for guests to help themselves.  Our salads and arancini are served in individual portions, which our waiters can serve to your guests.  To see some photos of our delicious food please visit our gallery here.

7.)I am worried about access?
If you are worried about access, please email photos of the site to sam@pizzabewithyou.com.au.  Alternatively if you are nearby, I can visit your site to determine suitability and approach.  Pizza Be With You has never had a site we could not deal with.  We have a powerful 4×4 to get up those steep driveways and gravel hills.

8.)Do you cater for corporate events?
Pizza Be With You caters for corporate events.  Please call or email with your preferred date, and we will confirm our availability.

9.) Do you cater for midweek functions?
Pizza Be With You is available to cater 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.  Pizza Be With You has catered for many midweek events.  Please call or email with your preferred date, and we will confirm our availability.

10.) How do I pay?
Pizza Be With You accepts EFT, and cash payments.  We do not accept credit card payment.  We require a 20% deposit to secure the date of your event, with the balance payable via EFT 2 days prior to the event, or Cash on arrival.

11.) Are there any restrictions on how late/early we can cater?
Pizza Be With You is happy to cater for any function between the hours of 11am until 8:30pm. We can cater for functions outside this time frame but we may or may not be able to do it as we may need to begin prepping for an event the following day, or had an event finish late the previous night. We don’t have to complete catering during these hours, but we must start serving food between these hours. For a function outside these hours, please inquire.
